Mental Health Awareness has been greatly talked about nowadays because of the pandemic. But even before pandemic happens, for sure, we are unaware if our mental health is at risk.

It was not our first time to feel:
- worried
- unhappy
- sudden anger
- not being able to sleep
- not wanting to eat
- quiet
- isolating oneself from others
- guilty out of nothing
and much worst is to feel something is not right with the way we think, the way we feel and the way we interact with other people.

These changes happen to all of us whether young and old, to a student or to any professional. It must not be ignored. We must do something about it before it gets to worst.
Being aware of our condition, we ourselves think of getting help.
We can help ourselves by Journaling.

In journaling, the most important thing that we can do is being able to express ourselves in writing. If you are not able to say what you feel and what you think freely to others, thinking that you might be misunderstood or misjudged later, think of getting a notebook and pen.
Treat your NOTEBOOK as another person and you as the Pen. While writing everything what's on your mind, the paper will just absorb the ink of your ball pen. It will not tell you whether you are right or wrong nor give you advice that is best for your situation.
Just write, write and write without analyzing your thoughts.
Let me tell you why Journaling is a powerful tool to heal oneself if you are experiencing Anxiety and Depression... this is your silent encounter with yourself and with God.
Journaling is a God-filled moment. When you are quiet, He is there with you. While you are thinking alone, He is also thinking about you. He knows you better from the very depths of your soul. He knows a lot about you.
God starts to speak in our heart because there He dwells in us.
Don't think that being alone is just really being by yourself.
YOU ARE NEVER ALONE.
God is there with you always.
